Bespoke
Trimfold Envelopes can tailor-make your envelope to virtually any specification. Whether it be a special size, window position or paper type we offer a full custom made service. Lead times for non-standard sizes are generally 2-3 weeks. We can supply envelopes with windows in a range of sizes and positions, including multiple windows front and back.

Special Papers
Envelopes can be produced from special papers, either supplied or specified by the customer.

Special Use Envelopes
These include Gussets, Board Backs, All Board, Air Padded Bags and high strength envelopes such as the Securitex range. These products are available in special sizes with and without windows. These envelopes can all be over-printed.

Overprinted
As well as our huge range of stock envelopes and our Bespoke options, Trimfold also offers an excellent overprint service. Whether it be a company logo, PPI, Return Address or a truly innovative, eye-catching design we can ensure that an envelope will make the right first impression.

For truly dramatic results, in up to four colours, we offer a Lithographic service for those jobs where that little extra touch really counts. Offering a high degree of clarity, prints are sharp and strong.

For higher volume, economical printing, our Flexographic service is ideal. Flexographic prints are available in up to four colours with eye catching results.
